一、项目概况 Project Overview华东国际联运新城位于浙江###市中心城区以东，###市区以及金义之间的枢纽板块，规划范围北至金义中央大道###路，东至白雅线，###路、东阳江北岸，西至东二环，面积约42平方公里，共分为港务核心板块、国际服贸板块、创智田园板块三大板块。这座新城建成后，不仅将实现金华主城区与金义新城的无缝连接，还将集成陆港枢纽、产业、物流、交###市发展等多领域平台和资源，全面落地“港”“廊”“链”三大战场，提升区域核心竞争力。The East China International Intermodal New City is located east of the central urban area of Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. It is a hub connecting the city and Jinyi, with a planned area ranging from Jinyi Central Avenue and Waiheng 1st Road in the north, Baiya Line in the east, Jiancai Road and the north bank of Dongyang River in the south, and Dong'er Ring Road in the west. The area is approximately 42 square kilometers and is divided into three major sections: Port Core, International Service Trade, and Creative Wisdom Countryside. It is an important component of the "Five Verticals and Eight Horizontals" waterway layout in Zhejiang Province and is considered for two-way navigation. The Dongyang River embankment defense begins at the confluence of the South River and the North River in the Buddhist temple. The planned control of the narrowest embankment distance is generally 250m, but there are some sections of the river that are slightly narrowed. Based on the above background, we are organizing a conceptual proposal solicitation for this project, which is open to well-known design institutions both domestically and ******** Bridge traffic and connection plan with surrounding road network结合华东国际联运###市设计方案,金港大桥桥梁设计需合理解决跨江机动车、行人和非机动车交通，以及大桥快行、慢行****网的衔接及交通###路纵断面、横断面设计应同时满足机动车行驶、非机动车道骑行过桥的要求。Based on the urban design plan of East China International Intermodal New City, the bridge design of Jin Gang Bridge needs to reasonably address the traffic of motor vehicles, pedestrians, and non motorized vehicles crossing the river, as well as the connection and traffic conversion between the bridge's fast and slow systems and the surrounding road network. Overall conceptual plan for the bridge整体造型设计：通过各种设计手法，使桥梁形态呈现有机的整体、和谐的韵律、富有张力的表现。桥梁的造型设计应标志性和协调性并重。造型需与###市天际线及风貌的协调和统一，并与东阳江两岸景###市风貌交相辉映，以塑造景观桥梁空间结构的美感。同时应处理好节点形象的打造，加强区域和文化元素符号的应用，强调地标的标识性。Overall design: Through various design techniques, the bridge form presents an organic whole, harmonious rhythm, and tense expression.
