The main content of this project involves providing law enforcement assistance to key areas (such as main road debris inspection points, logistics parks, roads around large temporary facilities, comprehensive communities, etc.), including urban environment improvement, checkpoint defense, mobile patrols and other law enforcement assistance work, assisting the government in rectifying various problems in social security and urban operation safety. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; 5. This procurement does not accept consortium responses and does not allow contract transfer or subcontracting.
