简要规则描述：为了提升城市环境卫生质量，打造整洁、有序的商业街道环境，改善沿街商铺垃圾处理方式，提高垃圾收运效率，拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家合格的供应商开展沿街商铺生活垃圾分类统一上门收集工作，对康桥镇所有沿街商铺干湿垃圾进行上门收集、清运。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）。

合同履约期限：2011月3至2025年11月2（本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，如本次成交供应商非原服务单位，在此期间所产生的服务费，待项目采购完成后由成交供应商按成交价折算支付给原服务单位相应的服务费用。）
