简要规则描述：为保障康桥镇村（居）内污水管道的正常运行，本项目拟通过公开的方式选取一家合格的供应商，对康桥镇村（居）进行污水管（窨井）、检查井、化粪池、泵站及生化处理池的日常养护和维修保养工作。养护工作量包括：14个村（居）及村内公益设施、农污设施，污水管36513米，窨井3035座，水封井474座，化粪池666座，隔油池536座，格栅井44座，排水口439只，提升泵站8座。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）。

Brief Specification Description: In order to ensure the normal operation of the sewage pipeline in the village (residence) of Kangqiao Town, the project intends to select a qualified supplier through an open way to carry out the daily maintenance and maintenance of sewage pipes (manholes), inspection wells, septic tanks, pumping stations and biochemical treatment tanks in the villages (residences) of Kangqiao Town. The maintenance workload includes: 14 villages (residences) and public welfare facilities in the village, agricultural sewage facilities, 36,513 meters of sewage pipes, 3,035 manholes, 474 water-sealed wells, 666 septic tanks, 536 grease traps, 44 grid wells, and 439 drainage outlets/b17>Only, 8 lifting pumping stations. 合同履约期限：2011月2至2025年11月2。

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
