简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目是为曹路镇区域内道路的清扫保洁、道路绿化的养护、道路附属市政设施的维修保养及桥梁和雨污水管道的养护。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）其中：镇级拨款养护费最高限价：17,309,285.00元；新区拨款养护费最高限价：5,690,715.00元。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project is for the cleaning and upkeep of roads in the Caolu Town area, maintenance of road greening, repair and maintenance of municipal facilities attached to roads, and maintenance of bridges and rainwater and sewage pipelines. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details) Among them, the maximum limit for town level funding maintenance fees is 17309285.00 yuan; The maximum limit for maintenance fees in the new district is 5690715.00 yuan.

合同履约期限：2025年7月至2026月3。

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. （4）本项目不允许转包。

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
