Checking is not applicable to certificates issued by foreign third-party certificate authority.业绩要求：（开标时需进行信息公开）1.2020年1月至投标截止日（以合同或订单签署为准），投标人所投产品的制造商应具有1个合同的潜水设备（或系统）的业绩。2.投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）合同扫描件和2）到货验收材料。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署、合同签署页（应有双方签署或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称及到货验收材料（至少包含：货物验收单或结算清单或对应的结算发票（如有清单须提供，须体现发票号；发票需包含合同号或订单号或货物名称或买方卖方信息，且与合同或订单一致）或买方（或最终用户）接收证明或调试验收证明或提单（含箱单和发票）或报关单或买方（或最终用户）签署的SAT（现场接收试验）报告。若业绩为订单，需提供对应的协议扫描件、订单扫描件及订单相应的到货验收材料。货物验收单或结算清单至少应有合同甲方签字或盖章。3.未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。Performance requirements(Performance track record will be released to all bidders during bid opening): 1.From 1 January 2020 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the contract or order), the manufacturer of the product invested in by the bidder shall have the performance of a Diving Equipment/System in one contract. 2.The bidder shall submit the performance statement in accordance with the prescribed format and submit the relevant performance certification documents.
