简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：2025年为民办实事任务目标，进一步加快浦东新区公共体育设施建设，计划采购15分钟益智健身点（双立柱）36个。器材选择范围：上肢牵引器、太空漫步机等双立柱器材。本项目不接受进口产品。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: 2025 People's Livelihood Project Task Goals, to further accelerate the construction of public sports facilities in Pudong New Area, plans to purchase36 15-minute intelligence fitness points (double column). Equipment selection scope: upper limb traction machine, space walking machine and other double column equipment. This project does accept imported products.

合同履约期限：合同签订后20天供货至采购人指定地点，并完成安装调试

The Contract Period: Delivery to the designated location and completion of installation and commissioning within 20 days after the contract is signed.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进残疾人就业、促进中小企业发展

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Promote employment of the disabled; promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1根据《上海市政府采购供应商登记及诚信管理办法》已登记入库的供应商；
3.2本项目专门面向中小企业采购；
3.3未被列入《信用中国网站》失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单[以查询的提交首次响应文件截止之日前3年内的信用记录为准]。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: The list of suppliers with serious illegal and dishonest conduct records in procurement
3.1 Suppliers that have been registered and included in the database in accordance the "Management Measures for the Registration and Integrity of Suppliers of Shanghai Government Procurement"; 3.2 This project is specifically open to procurement by and medium-sized enterprises; 3.3 Not included in the list of dishonest debtors on the "Credit China Website" (www.creditchina.gov.cn, the list of major tax violations and the list of serious illegal and dishonest conduct records in government procurement on the "China Government Procurement Network" (www.ccgpgov.cn) [based on the credit record checked as of the deadline for the first response document submission three years ago].

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
