The physical examination items include blood routine (five classifications), serum aspartate aminotransferase, serum alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, urea, creatinine, uric acid, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen, alpha-fetoprotein, urinalysis, glycosylated hemoglobin (HBA1C), abdominal ultrasound (hepatobiliary, pancreatic and spleen) and breakfast supply. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprises will not implement price deduction preferences during the review. (2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises; (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须具有卫生行政部门核发的《医疗机构执业许可证》；（4）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织； （5）本项目不允许转包。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （3）Must have the "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department;（4） It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; （5）Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
