（2）拟安排项目经理须为机电工程二级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。
（3）具备建设部门颁发的《安全生产许可证》（在有效期）；
（4）未被“信用中国”和中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（5）本项目不接受联合体形式。

(1) Having the qualification of Level 3 or above for general contracting of power engineering construction and also possessing a Level 5 or above (including Level 5) power facility license for installation, maintenance, and testing issued by the National Energy Administration Regulatory Bureau (or the National Electric Power Regulatory Commission); (2) The proposed project manager must have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not serve as the project leader for other ongoing construction projects.
