This project intends to carry out maintenance and renovation. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高小微企业在政府采购中的份额，支持小微企业发展：本项目专门面向小微企业采购，评审时，小微企业产品均不执行价格扣除优惠。（2）扶持监狱企业、残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；（3）优先采购节能环保产品政策：在技术、服务等指标同等条件下，对财政部财库〔2019〕18号和财政部财库〔2019〕19号文公布的节能环保产品品目清单中的产品实行优先采购；对节能产品品目清单中以“★”标注的产品，实行强制采购。供应商须提供具有国家确定的认证机构出具的、处于有效期之内的认证证书方能享受优先采购或强制采购政策。(4）购买国货政策：本项目不接受进口产品。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the quota reservation measure, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support the development of small and micro enterprises: This project is specifically for small and micro enterprises procurement, and no price deduction preferential treatment will be implemented for small and micro enterprises' products during the review. Not included in Credit China and China Government Procurement website (********) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within China; 3, with the construction of general contracting grade III and above qualification; 4, with safety production license (valid period); 5. The person in charge of the proposed project shall be qualified as a registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in the construction engineering specialty, and shall have an effective safety production assessment certificate, and shall not be the project leader of other construction projects under construction; 6.
