简要规则描述：本项目实施范围为北蔡高中创新实验室，计划使用学校广场部分区域以及综合楼2楼-3楼部分区域，总占地面积约1252平方米。本项目实施内容是对创新实验室场地进行适应性调整和布展基础设施搭建，项目建设内容分为室内装修和展陈布展等内容。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单和图纸）

Brief Specification Description: The scope of implementation of this project is the innovation laboratory of Beicai High School. It is planned to use part of the school square and part of the 2nd-3rd floor of the comprehensive building, covering a total area of about 1252 square meters. The implementation content of this project is to adjust the adaptability of the innovation laboratory site and set up the exhibition infrastructure. The project construction content is divided into indoor decoration and exhibition arrangement. (See Bill of Quantities and Drawings for specific quantities and requirements)

合同履约期限：合同签订生效之日起至质保期结束，计划工期：9历天

The Contract Period: From the effective date of contract signing to the end of warranty period,planned construction period: 90 calendar days

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本项目为预留份额的采购项目，预留份额措施为整体预留(专门面向小微企业)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This project is a procurement project with reserved shares, and the reserved shares are reserved as a whole (specially for small and micro enterprises)

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动。
（4）具有建筑装修装饰工程专业承包资质二级及其以上资质。
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）。
（6）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: （3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With building decoration engineering professional contracting qualification level two and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructor of Grade II or above in construction engineering specialty, have valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中国”、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
