简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据《上海市老年人健康管理服务规范》的文件精神，每年为老年人提供1次健康管理服务，包括生活方式和健康状况评估、中医体质辨识、体格检查、辅助检查和健康指导。为加强张江国际健康社区建设政策环境，有效控制健康相关危险因素，持续提升居民健康水平，打造家园美丽、人群健康、富有活力的健康社区，张江镇拟开展60周岁以上老年人及残疾人健康体检，预计老年人（含残疾人）共计16000人

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the spirit of the document "Shanghai Specification for the Health Management Service of the Elderly", a health management service is provided for the elderly once a year, which includes the assessment of lifestyle and health status, identification of traditional Chinese medicine constitution, physical examination, auxiliary examination, and health guidance. In order to strengthen the policy environment for the construction of the Zhangjiang International Health Community, effectively control the health-related risk factors, continuously improve the health level of residents, and create a beautiful, healthy and vibrant health community, Zhangjiang Town plans to carry out health examinations for the elderly aged 60 and above and disabled persons. It is estimated that there will be a total of 16,000 elderly people (including disabled persons).

合同履约期限：合同签订后6天，具体以合同签订日期为准

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次采购若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小微企业等政策，将落实相关政策。
