There are 100 years of history of secondary protection of ancient trees in this area, but due to the existence of private vegetables, vegetation exposure and other problems in the area, the current style is poor, affecting the quality of the city appearance and environment. In order to further deepen the work of forest chief system, the project plans to implement the landscape enhancement project of Jianghai Green Boat Garden. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人组织；3、其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：人员配备要求（人）：5岗位、数量、资格要求：*园林项目负责人（园林专业中级职称）1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级园林绿化工1人（班组负责人）。说明：1）上述人员配备数量和岗位要求系最低配备要求；对于施工技术复杂的项目，供应商可根据项目情况，在以上人员配备要求基础上适当增加技术管理人员、施工员等人数；2）*岗位不得同时兼任两个及以上项目,须具###市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡或《园林绿化施工企业项目负责人质量安全生产考核合格证书》同时具备园林专业中级职称，且无在建项目记录；3）本竞争性磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指：园林（园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等）、园###市规划、景观、植物（含植保、森保等）、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；详见采购文件 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1.
