The specific work content includes: scanning the building with a batch of panoramic cameras, preliminarily sorting out the suspected illegal construction parts, using drone shooting, screening whether it is illegal construction, reviewing the drawings of the suspected illegal construction points found to the relevant departments and comparing them, confirming the illegal construction parts, illegal building size, calculating the area, making illegal construction lists, and completing document production as required. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向小微企业采购，评审时小微企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and micro enterprises to procure, and the products of small and micro enterprises will not be subject to price discounts during the review.
