The project plans to employ a third-party professional organization to review the energy conservation of the purchaser's fixed assets investment projects through competitive consultation, so as to improve energy utilization efficiency, promote industrial structure adjustment, optimize the energy structure, and strengthen the control of total energy consumption and the source management of energy conservation and consumption reduction. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details) 合同履约期限：本项目服务期为合同签订之日起至2025年12月3，在本次采购结束前，由原服务单位继续履行任务。如本次成交供应商非原服务商，则新成交供应商按照成交折扣率折算支付给原服务单位在此相应期间服务件数的费用。 The Contract Period: The service period of this project is from the date of contract signing to December 31, 2025. Before the end of this procurement, the original service unit will continue to perform the tasks.
