简要规则描述：本项目对滴水湖临港大道环湖二路交叉口三角绿地（WNW-A1-1-1地块）区域景观绿化进行专项整治服务，服务工作内容包括景观绿化优化改造、地表设备包装、搬迁等。其他具体要求详见采购需求。

Brief Specification Description: This project is a special rectification service for the landscape greening of the triangular green space at the intersection of Lingang Avenue and Huanhu No.2 Road near Dishui Lake (WNW-A1-1-1 plot). The service work includes landscape greening optimization and improvement, surface equipment packaging and relocation, etc. For other specific requirements, please refer to the procurement requirements.

合同履约期限：合同签订后60天内完成合同约定的全部服务工作并通过采购人验收。

The Contract Period: The contract stipulates that all services shall be completed within 60 days after signing and must pass the acceptance by the purchaser.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展办法》等规定，本项目专门面向中小企业采购。中小企业应当按照规定提供《中小企业声明函》。
