简要规则描述：负责对属地化管理范围内责任主体不明确或责任主体较难界定区域的暴露垃圾及市政设施的整治工作, 暴露垃圾整治工作内容为负责对存在安全隐患、严重影响市容环境以及涉及重大活动保障的暴露垃圾的整治工作,上级部门及城运中心指定需要兜底的暴露垃圾的整治工作等，所有暴露垃圾统一送至万水路南芦公路路口西南侧150米的堆放点；市政设施整治工作内容为包括电力、燃气、供水、通信、轨道交通等公共行业的设施，负责对存在安全隐患、严重影响设施功能、严重影响市容环境以及涉及重大活动保障的市政设施的整治工作，上级部门及城运中心指定需要兜底的市政设施的整治工作等。

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
