The work content includes but is not limited to: carrying out comprehensive on-duty emergency response, street appearance and sanitation inspection, ******** work order emergency disposal and other networked comprehensive management work to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of urban security work. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements) 合同履约期限：本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2012月起至2025年11月3。由于预算下拨原因，本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，在此期间所产生的相关费用，待项目采购完成后由成交供应商按成交价折算支付给原服务单位，费用按成交总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。 The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget for this project is from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises; (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项****公司以自己名义参加采购活动）； （4）###市级公安部门核发的有效的《保安服务许可证》；（5）本项目不允许转包。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China (this project does not accept branches to participate in procurement activities in their own names); (4) Have a valid "Security Service Permit" issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
