After passing the annual assessment, the contract will be renewed. The first year of service is from ******** to ******** 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids:  (NO)Available. 二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目包件1不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣。包件2-5专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。本项目中小企业所属的行业为其他未列明行业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:  (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: Package 1 of this project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review. Package 2-5 is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises. The industries to which the SMEs belong in this project are other unspecified industries. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；（4）本项目不允许转包、违法分包。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China;(4) Subcontracting and illegal subcontracting are not allowed in this project. (i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中国”、中****网（********）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (********) ;
