简要规则描述：完成前滩区域内及周边道路相关交通秩序管理，卡口检查，护校交通秩序维护，临时交通检查任务等，并根据上海市公安局浦东分局交警支队第五大队交通管理部门的要求执行勤务。本项目年度工作量不少于50112小时，共12个月。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）

Brief Specification Description: Complete traffic order management, checkpoint inspections, maintenance of school traffic order, temporary traffic inspection tasks related to roads in and around the Qiantan area, and perform duties in accordance with the requirements of the Traffic Management Department of the Fifth Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of the Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau. The annual workload of this project shall not be less than 50112 hours, totaling 12 months. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

合同履约期限：服务期限12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业产品均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）扶持残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业；
