During the service period, the garbage will be cleared every day, and the operation and management will be carried out according to the current environmental quality standards. It is estimated that the average daily transshipment volume of Zhangjiang transfer station is 600 tons, and the total transshipment volume is 273,000 tons. Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目（□是R不是）专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。本项目中小企业所属的行业为其他未列明行业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:  (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review. (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises. The industries to which the SMEs belong in this project are other unspecified industries.
