The main recruitment targets of the district-level base are disabled people in Pudong New Area of employment age who have certain labor ability and employment aspiration. By organizing targeted rehabilitation training, labor practice and other activities, it helps the assisted objects get exercise in many aspects and improves the employment ability of the assisted objects. In 2024, it was optimized and upgraded to "Sunshine Dream Field". In the past 14 years, as of August 7, 2024, a total of 15,303 person-times of personalized guidance have been provided and 3,530 person-times of employment have been recommended.
