一、招标条件One、Conditions of Tendering本C929****局优化分析及模拟仿真已由项目审批/核准/备案机关批准，项目资金为国有投资400万元，招标人为中建材莱奥纳多（上海）航空设****公司。本项目已具备招标条件，现招标方式为公开招标。C929 fuselage-production-line layout optimization analysis, simulation and animation has been approved by the project authority，The project is funded by state-owned investment of RMB 4 million，The employer is CNBM Leonardo (Shanghai) Aerostructures Co., ******** project has met the conditiongs of tendering，tender type is public tendering.二、项目概况Two、Project Description规模：1．招标内容：本项目主要内容为拟定一家供应商用以为C929****局优化分析及模拟仿真提供服务，具体包括但不限于审查现有设计，并检查及优化设计。具体详见第三章服务需求书内容。Scale：******** being tenered：The content of the project is to identify a supplier to serve for C929 fuselage-production-line layout optimization analysis, simulation and animation，including but not limited to review existing designs and review and optimize ******** are provided in Chapter ********．项目地址：招标人指定地址。******** address：Given address by ********．交付：所有交付物须在合同签订后20周内完成交付，具体要求详见第三章服务需求书内容。******** time：All deliverable should be finished within 20 weeks from the signature of this ******** are provided in Chapter ********．服务要求：（1）供应商须按交付节点要求完成交付物；（2）对于描述的每个项目，供应商应提供一份专用交付物，其中包括工厂和每个工作单元的整体详细描述，包括3D CATIA数模；（3）对于每个工作单元和整个工厂，每个交付物应包含关于设备、器械、工装和制造和组装机身所需的所有工具的假设、描述、评估、2D和3D CATIA数模；（4）工厂和每个工作单元都需要二维和三维CATIA数模；（5）须研究搬运和物流，交付物应包括所有支持工具（AGV、设备、工装等）；（6）所有交付物和文件应以Microsoft Office可编辑版本（excel、Word 等）和Pdf格式提供；（7）3D和2D数模应采用CATIA V5 R30和IGES格式提供；（8）所有交付物应以中文和英语提供；（9）3D和2D数模的批注和注释应以中文和英语提供。（具体要求详见第三章服务需求书内容）。******** requirements：(1)The supplier should finish all deliverables within delivery time；(2)For each item described, the Supplier shall produce a dedicate deliverable with overall detailed description of the Plant and for each working cell including mathematic 3D CATIA V5 R30 model.(3)We expect that each deliverable shall contain, for each working cell and for the full plant, the assumptions, descriptions, evaluations, 2D&3D CATIA V5 R30 model about equipment, machine, tooling, and all means necessary for manufacture and assembly the Fuselages.(4)2D & 3D CATIA V5 R30 Model are required, for all the Plant and for each working cell.(5)Handling and logistics must be studied and deliverables including all the means to support (AGV, equipment, tooling, etc.).(6)All the deliverables and the documents shall be supplied in Microsoft Office editable version (excel, Word, etc.) and in Pdf.(7)The 3D and 2D model shall be supplied in CATIA V5 R30 V5 R30 and in IGES format.(8)All the deliverables shall be supplied in Chinese and English.(9)Possible comments and notes on the 3D & 2D models shall be supplied in Chinese and English.(Details are provided in Chapter 3.)5.招标控制价：******** control price■设置招标控制价，招标控制价为400万元，投标报价超过招标控制价的，其投标将被否决。 □不设置招标控制价。■Tendering control price is RMB 4 million,if the tender price exceeds tendering control price,the tenders will be rejected.□No tendering control price is set.范围：本招标项目划分为1个标段，本次招标为其中的：Scope：The project has only one package,the tender is：（1）C929****局优化分析及模拟仿真（1）C929 fuselage-production-line layout optimization analysis, simulation and animation
