项目概况:本项目工作范围是包括从风管或环境点采集特气成份至现场侦测器，并将检测结果发送至GDS服务器和工作站SCADA，根据设计原则作声光报警、特气VMB阀门关闭、FAB主机台停机等互锁联动及所有与上述内容相关的设施安装、施工防护、安全警的设计，采购供货，运输，安装，调试，验收等。

3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:（1）投标人或投标联合体的一方须具备12英寸28纳米集成电路制造企业GDS相关设备定位、安装、测试以及特气相关管道施工、焊接、安装实际经验。One of the party of the tender must have GDS related equipment positioning, installation, measurement and special gas pipeline construction, welding, installation experience of 12 inches 28 nm of integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises. (please supply proof of documents)（2）投标人或投标联合体中的一方必须通过ISO9001认证或同等质量管理认证资质。（提供证明）One of the parties of the tender of the tender should have obtained the authentication of ISO9001 Quality Management System.or equivalent quality management certification（please supply proof of documents）（3）投标人或投标联合体至少有一方过去3年的年平均营业额不能低于4000万人民币。（提供证明）The average revenue over the past 3 years of the bidder or at least one of the bidder party is not less than 40 million (please supply proof of documents)（4）投标人或者投标联合体中负责施工的一方必须具有以下证书（提供证明）The bidder or the party who is responsible for the construction in the Consortium should have the following certification (please supply proof of documents)具备压力管道施工资质GC2及以上GC2 level or above qualification as specialized contractor of pressure pipeline constraction具备《施工企业安全生产许可证》Hold the "Safety Production License"5）联合体：不超过2家Consortium: No more than 26）投标人需要按照技术指定的品牌要求和格式提交主要设备、材料的制造商授权和承诺函。Bidders are required to submit manufacturer authorization and commitment letters for major equipment and materials in accordance with the brand requirements and format specified in the technical specifications.
